Are children free?

Yes they are! All kids under the age of 16 do not require a ticket for entry.

Are PETS allowed?

Yes. Licensed service animals are allowed on the outdoor areas of the Holiday Fair only. Cleaning up after your pet is imperative always!

What can we expect at the HOLIDAY Fair? Paint us a picture.

Fine Day Fair offers a truly one-of-a-kind, inspirational shopping experience all within a breathtaking European-inspired atmosphere. Visitors can shop from over 50 artisans and makers both local and from around the country. There is always an abundance of interesting curiosities, beautiful objects for the home, gorgeous giftware and so much more. Are tickets for one visit or is attendance allowed multiple times throughout the weekend?

Our tickets are valid exclusively for one specific day event and designated arrival time (9am-11am or 11am-1pm or 1pm-4pm, each with designated parking locations.) There is no required departure time for attendees- you may stay as long as you would like. If you wish to transfer the date of your ticket you may do so via your confirmation email (select the “Reschedule” or “Transfer” buttons to switch dates. No tickets will be available at the door for Holiday Fair. Advanced purchase of tickets is required November 7-8, 2026.

Are tickets required per person or per car?

Tickets are required for each person attending Holiday Fair, not per vehicle. However, parking is organized by vehicle and the driver's ticket type. For example, a driver holding a First Arrivals (9–11 AM) ticket may park on-site at Bedford Post Inn, even if passengers in the same vehicle have tickets from other arrival tiers. Parking is VERY limited, and individual spaces are not guaranteed. We strongly encourage guests attending together to carpool whenever possible or even better, if you live closely, please consider being dropped off and picked up! IMPORTANT: Coming with friends? Please come together in one car!

Is there parking at the fair?

PLEASE CARPOOL or GET DROPPED OFF IF YOU CAN! First Arrivals tickets provide priority access to on-site parking at Bedford Post Inn, subject to availability. Once on-site parking reaches capacity, guests will be directed to our nearby, walkable parking area across the street at Cloverly Farm on Old Post Road. Late Morning tickets provide access to across-the-street parking at Cloverly Farm. All Afternoon ticket holders must park at Bedford Village Elementary located at 45 Court Rd, Bedford, NY where complimentary shuttles will be provided.

Will there be tickets sold at the door?

No, not for Holiday Fair. No door tickets will be made available the weekend of November 7-8, 2026. Please purchase your ticket online at www.finedayfair.com/tickets.

Are there concessions at the fair?

Please note that lines may form during peak times, so we recommend bringing small snacks and water for children or those with specific dietary or health needs to ensure an enjoyable experience. Assorted food and beverages will be available for purchase by the Bedford Post Tavern at the outdoor kitchen plus seated dine-in reservations are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Bedford Post Tavern on both November 7-8, 2026.
